5th Golden Screen TV Awards winners circle

My Husband's Lover, the phenomenal hit drama series of GMA Network, was the biggest winner at the 5th Golden Screen TV Awards held last March 21 at Teatrino Greenhills. Out of more than 50 awards handed out last night, 28 went to GMA and its news channel, GMA News TV; 23 were given to ABS-CBN; and two were won by TV5.

My Husband's Lover actor Dennis Trillo won in the category for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Program. He was able to beat his fellow MHL co-star Tom Rodriguez as well as Alden Richards (Mundo Mo'y Akin/GMA-7), Bong Revilla (Indio/GMA-7), Coco Martin (Juan dela Cruz/ABS-CBN), Dingdong Dantes (Pahiram ng Sandali/GMA-7), John Lloyd Cruz (A Beautiful Affair/ABS-CBN), and Rocco Nacino (Bayan Ko/GMA News TV).
